Your Role - Come Join Our Team!

In this role you will:

This position is on the Security Operations team who is responsible for protecting our Production environment by providing security services focused on Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, and Security Information & Event Management. This position will have technical responsibilities across the security services to enable the team through automation & investigating complex security issues for remediation.

Typical Functions:

• You’ll work closely with application development, infrastructure, and IT to ensure that we deliver a secure platform that our customers trust.
• You’ll transfer your experience and apply that in a way that will define how Actabl thinks about secure infrastructure, monitoring, and automated incident response.
• You’ll directly contribute efforts to define the roadmap and drive work that will help the platform be secure, resilient, compliant, and ultimately drive the strategic success of Actabl.
• You’ll bring a strong ability to understand, debug, and patch the Actabl business units you support.

Requirements

Ideal Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in a security engineering/operations role
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Industry recognized certification preferred (CISSP, CIRSC, CISM, etc..)

Key Competencies:

• You’re eager to learn about new technologies and incorporate them into our infrastructure if they add value or scrap them if not.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a strong understanding of database, infrastructure and application technologies.
• You bring experience with Continuous Integration tools to the broader team
• IAC
• Container Security
• Serverless

Work Environment:

We are a hybrid friendly workplace with office hubs located in Atlanta & Tampa in addition to our new HQ in Denver, and our remote based international employees support our hoteliers across the globe. No matter where you live and work, you’re a valued member of the Actabl team.

Compensation Package:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
