We are looking for a full-time marketing event coordinator to help broaden DoorLoop's relationships and thought leadership, including events, advertising partnerships, influencer partnerships, and more.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
• Create a solid network of marketing strategies for partnerships.
• Create and monitor KPIs to determine whether a trade show is worthwhile and successful.
• Lead and supervise all PR efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
• Formulate influencer marketing strategy and leverage key partnerships to extend the reach of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in facilitating and growing community relations programs.
• Support content team in writing and editing thought leadership posts on digital forums and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a network of industry thought leaders to feature on DoorLoop’s webinar, podcast, and other platforms.

• Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing and events.
• Thrives on freedom, collaboration, brainstorming & executing on new ideas.
• Experienced in leveraging data and KPIs to decide on trade show attendance and evaluate results.
• Must be able to legally work in the US either remotely or in our office full-time in South Beach

• You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.

• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.

• Any experience in B2B SaaS marketing or in real estate/property management is a plus.
• Experience hosting or being featured in speaking engagements (podcasts, webinars, classes, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with influencer marketing is a big plus.
• Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

You will work directly with our co-founder & CMO David Bitton and our VP of Marketing Maria Barbera. Salary is based on experience and starts at $50,000 per year.
