Ethisphere seeks a Culture Analyst to join our Data & Services team, focused on the work we do to help companies around the globe measure and improve their ethical culture. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our global client base
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Responsible for general survey administration tasks including template upload and customization, functionality testing, and distribution of Ethisphere’s Ethical Culture Accelerator
  • Collect, review and import data into Ethisphere platforms, assess the data at a global level, segment level, and over time to generate key customer insights and to identify trends.
  • Create and deliver presentations of findings to customers. Presentations require advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and feature overall analysis of the data with summary insights, data visualizations, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regular input into the development of Ethisphere's Culture solutions (e.g., new recommendations for analytics, developing standard operating procedures), this includes capturing, organizing and reporting on customer feedback.
  • Support the team responsible for Ethisphere's World's Most Ethical Companies Program (beginning in Q4 2024).
  • Develop and publish regular thought leadership materials that showcase our data set, our position as leaders in this space, and to push the frontier of our expertise.

Requirements:

  • Independent self-starter able to work successfully in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in survey administration or data analysis
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills needed to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience presenting via Zoom, Teams, etc. a definite plus
  • Strong writing/editorial skills
  • Experience in the ESG/GRC space a definite plus
