Reporting to the People Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive people operations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead a team of two specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering their professional growth.
- Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive company culture through engagement initiatives, diversity programs, and team-building activities.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
- Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and support career development opportunities for employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employment legal matters, partnering with legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage benefits and compensation programs, conducting regular benchmarking to maintain competitiveness and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Utilize HR metrics to track the effectiveness of people programs and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the people operations function.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years of in a people management role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
