About the Job:

Radicle Health is looking for an Events and Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a year-round partnership and event strategy that aligns with company goals while driving lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, technical initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner relationships and large-scale event enablement and operations
  • Experience creating and implementing operational processes at scale
  • Experience managing association budgets and negotiating sponsorships

What you’ll be responsible for:

Strategic Association & Partnership Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, year-round association strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives measurable impact.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry associations and partners to enhance brand visibility, market influence, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling association-driven campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and market intelligence.
  • Manage association budgets, negotiate sponsorships, and track ROI to ensure strategic investments align with business priorities

Event Planning and Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics for company events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement event strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize attendance, engagement, and impact
  • Establish and optimize systems and processes for on-site event execution, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality attendee experience
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management to align event execution with company goals and financial parameters

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze event performance data to assess success, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure event effectiveness, attendee engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide data-driven insights on association partnerships, evaluating their impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine event and association strategies based on performance metrics and industry benchmarks.
  • Create and present reports with actionable recommendations to enhance future event planning and partnership initiatives

  • Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Base Salary
  • Location: Remote
