We help track, predict, and mitigate looming risk issues, primarily theft, that has been ever-increasing in the marketplace today. ThinkLP primarily serves Loss Prevention (LP) departments across Fortune 100 companies, providing them with business intelligence to prevent risk in all facets. Our customers are some of the world’s leading brands, recognized globally by consumers.

ThinkLP has recently been backed by Alpine Software Group (ASG), a software business that buys uniquely positioned SaaS companies and builds them into market leaders. The ITOps Manager has the opportunity to support the employee experience with the establishment of the IT infrastructure at ThinkLP and support the Waterloo office facility.

What you’ll do…

  • Set-up an effective IT architecture, services and support.
  • Identify, select and assign the appropriate technology resources that will support the company’s growth.
  • Support the Waterloo office with facility management.

  • Experience working in an IT position that has built and scaled IT infrastructure.
  • Supported IT needs in a hybrid working environment.
  • Has supported facility management, or an openness to learn and support facility needs.
  • Someone comfortable working in a scaling fast growing company.
