As a Technical (Salesforce) Architect you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, and will have a strong emphasis on hands-on implementation and development. You possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and best practices, coupled with a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role requires the seamlessly transition between strategic planning and tactical execution, ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with business goals and drives organizational success.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Create scalable and maintainable architecture for Salesforce applications.
  • Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and integration.
  • Lead the design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Write, review, and optimize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component code.
  • Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies with other systems.
  • Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations using REST/SOAP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize the platform.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

What we look for...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with startups is a plus.
