This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leaders in transportation and logistics and build the future of freight. We are looking for an exceptional SDR to join our team and make an immediate impact.

We’re looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our fully remote company. In this position, you’ll be pitching innovative SaaS solutions to trucking brokerages, 3PLs, and shippers. Candidates must be self-motivated, willing to make a high volume of cold calls and able to drive results in a highly competitive industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through a high volume of outbound calls and emails
  • Proactively build, maintain, and manage a sales pipeline comprising both enterprise and SMB clientele
  • Work in coordination with Account Executives to identify/target new leads and set product demos
  • Consistently prospect, follow up, and maintain communication with a high volume of potential clients
  • Rigorously track your activity & update account information in Gong and Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • General understanding of the trucking and freight brokerage industries
  • 1 year experience in inside sales, preferably business to business SaaS sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience making a high volume of cold calls
  • History of stellar job-performance and meeting/exceeding expectations
  • Tech savvy; experience using a CRM (SalesForce is a plus), G Suite, Slack

  • Location: Fully remote
  • Compensation: $65k-$90k OTE based on experience; uncapped commission
