As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and booking high-quality meetings for our sales team. This is a hands-on outbound role and an ideal entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales. High performers will have a clear development pathway into an Account Executive role. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, high-energy sales team that values learning, resilience and shared success.
What you'll be doing
- Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
- Executing outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and events
- Following and refining outreach sequences to improve engagement
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, need and timing
- Booking high-quality discovery meetings for Senior Sales Executives
- Contributing directly to pipeline creation and revenue growth
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity against targets
- Representing the Visualcare brand professionally at first touch
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing or commercial roles
- Strong interest in building a career in B2B SaaS/software sales
- Comfortable with outbound activity and initiating conversations
- Curious, coachable and motivated to learn sales processes
- Resilient, persistent and driven by targets and outcomes
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (Salesforce preferred but not essential)

📍 Remote role. Must be based in Australia, East-cost. Sydney preferred.
