Visualcare is a fast-growing Australian SaaS scale-up providing care management and rostering software to aged care, community care and NDIS providers nationwide. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and booking high-quality meetings for our sales team. This is a hands-on outbound role and an ideal entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales. High performers will have a clear development pathway into an Account Executive role. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, high-energy sales team that values learning, resilience and shared success.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
  • Executing outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and events
  • Following and refining outreach sequences to improve engagement
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, need and timing
  • Booking high-quality discovery meetings for Senior Sales Executives
  • Contributing directly to pipeline creation and revenue growth
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity against targets
  • Representing the Visualcare brand professionally at first touch

What we're looking for

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing or commercial roles
  • Strong interest in building a career in B2B SaaS/software sales
  • Comfortable with outbound activity and initiating conversations
  • Curious, coachable and motivated to learn sales processes
  • Resilient, persistent and driven by targets and outcomes
  • Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (Salesforce preferred but not essential)

📍 Remote role. Must be based in Australia, East-cost. Sydney preferred.
