Visualcare is a fast-growing Australian SaaS scale-up providing care management and rostering software to aged care and NDIS providers nationwide. We’re scaling our NSW presence and are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our awesome sales team to drive new business growth across the state.
This is a senior, hunter-style role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and enjoys owning deals end to end.
What you'll be doing
- Owning complex B2B sales cycles from first conversation to close
- Building and converting a strong outbound-led pipeline
- Running consultative, value-based sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Managing deal strategy, pricing and commercial negotiations
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Acting as a trusted voice of the customer internally
What we're looking for
- 6+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS/software sales
- Proven success exceeding quota in start-up or scale-up environments
- Strong outbound sales capability and pipeline self-generation
- Experience selling HR tech, workforce management or rostering software (highly regarded)
- High resilience, grit and self-motivation
- Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
